The Role
StretchLab Castro is growing and hiring Flexologists to join our studio team.
This is a hands-on, movement-based role designed for individuals who want to work directly with clients to improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. It’s a strong fit for personal trainers, fitness professionals, massage therapists, and those pursuing or considering a career in physical therapy.
If you’re looking to apply your knowledge of the body in a more personalized, one-on-one setting — this is a unique opportunity to do that.
No prior assisted stretching experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and certification.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
• Safely guide movement using proper body mechanics and technique
• Support improvements in mobility, flexibility, and recovery
• Educate clients on how their body moves and how to maintain progress
• Build strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality sessions
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
