The Opportunity

This is an invitation extended only to those at the top of their craft.

We are seeking an experienced Hair Stylist whose work is defined by precision, elegance, and an unmistakable signature. You are the stylist clients travel for. You understand that great hair is a quiet kind of luxury — felt, not announced.

If you have spent years perfecting your craft and are ready to practice it within a setting that honors it, we should speak.

Your Craft
• Bespoke consultations rooted in artistry, lifestyle, and intention
• Precision cutting and architectural shaping
• Dimensional color, hand-painted balayage, and fine corrective work
• Signature treatments — Kerastase, Olaplex, Keratin Complex, K18, and beyond
• Editorial styling, bridal artistry, and special occasion services
• Cultivating long-standing relationships with a refined clientele

The Stylist We Seek

A true Master is rare. You will recognize yourself here:
• A minimum of seven years of professional experience
• An active North Carolina Cosmetology License
• A portfolio that reflects sophistication, not trend-chasing
• Mastery of advanced color theory and corrective techniques
• A polished presence — in appearance, in language, in client rapport
• Discretion, professionalism, and an instinct for hospitality
• An established clientele is welcomed but not required
• Continuous education with leading academies (Vidal Sassoon, Aveda, Wella Master, Goldwell, L'Oréal Professionnel, Redken, or equivalent) is highly regarded
