Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail designs or treatments
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms
• Stay current with industry trends in nail art, color theory, and new techniques to provide innovative services
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting guests, managing client communication, and handling retail sales

Skills
• Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and sterilization procedures to ensure safety standards are met
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Ability to perform advanced aesthetic treatments including dermabrasion, chemical peels, or dermal fillers is a plus
• Strong management skills to handle multiple appointments while maintaining attention to detail
• Competence in social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online
• We cover most of our nail supplies.

• You will be paid in commission or warranty pay depending on your experience and skill level.
• Technicians must be a certified cosmetologist or nail tech license.
• Experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
