We specialize in delivering top-tier grooming and style, and we want someone who takes pride in their craft.


What We’re Looking For


We are seeking a versatile professional similar to our most recent elite hire—someone who can seamlessly transition between modern trends and classic techniques.



Expertise in Color: Proficient in lived-in color, blonding, balayage, and dimensional brunettes.
Precision Cutting: Mastery in both Men’s cuts (clippers and scissor-over-comb) and Women’s haircuts (long layers to short precision styles).
Consultation Kings/Queens: Ability to listen to a client’s needs and provide expert recommendations for hair and scalp health.

Requirements



Valid California Cosmetology or Barbering License (Required).
Proven experience in a fast-paced salon or barbershop environment.
Availability: Must be able to work 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
