SeaTac Airport Beauty Advisor- Seattle, WA

Are you passionate about all things fragrances? A makeup fanatic? Skincare guru? We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our team as a brand ambassador for one of our exciting luxury brands. We are looking for a candidate who can elevate the retail experience beyond just a transaction to a genuine interaction.

The candidate must possess a passion for beauty, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a drive for sales achievement with integrity to deliver retail excellence. As a Beauty Advisor you will have the tools to:
• Master product categories and brand standards to best serve our customers.
• Drive sales by following the selling process and sales techniques. Sell to not only customer's needs but also cross-sell other products and brands to exceed our customers’ expectations
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty by building trust and making personal connections through our brand services
• Foster a service attitude and positive, inclusive working environment

Job Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate and self-driven
• Ability to collaborate well with others
• Proper grooming based on brand guidelines
• You have a flexible work schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• You’re comfortable using technology to perform skin care and make-up services on customers’ faces as well as diagnostic & demonstration services (as necessary and when dictated by customer & business needs) after training on all proper protocols
• Ability to interact with customers from multiple nationalities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasional to frequent basis
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the store. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; no Visa Sponsorship provided. Local candidates only in the Boston area; no relocation assistance. Must be able to pass background check for airport security badge.

Preferred
• 2-5 years prior experience in a retail, luxury or cosmetics environment
• Experience performing skin-care & fragrance consultations/make-up application
• Prior experience interacting with customers in a consultative capacity
• Prior experience dealing with retail sales goals
• Makeup Certifications from Cosmetology School or Esthetician License a plus
• Multi-lingual is a plus

Hourly Base Pay: $19.00/hr (not inclusive of personal commissions & brand incentives)
