Tiered commission system that grows with you. Every payroll, your sales determine your commission tier. The more you make, the more you take. You'll earn through our commission-based compensation plan with guaranteed minimum hourly earnings, with opportunities to increase your income every pay period.
Automated price growth.
Every six months, your performance is reviewed for a potential price increase based on objective performance metrics. If you bring the numbers, we'll support your growth from day one.

Minimum two years of salon experience
Current NYS Cosmetology License
Strong cutting and coloring skills
Positive, team-driven attitude
