Job Summary

Responsibilities
• Provide a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplanes, hydra facials, and body waxing with precision and care.
• Perform eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and hair styling to meet client needs and enhance their natural beauty depending upon license.
• Manage client consultations effectively by communicating treatment options, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring client comfort throughout services.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and proper sterilization procedures for equipment and workspaces.
• Utilize salon management software like Rosy for scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales tracking.
• Engage actively in social media management and product demos to promote services and attract new clients.
• Upsell retail products confidently while providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends through ongoing education in esthetic treatments, nail care, hair extensions, tattooing, and color theory.
• Support front desk operations as needed by assisting with guest services, appointment bookings, and answering inquiries professionally.

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience working in the beauty industry.
• Proven expertise in eyelash extensions, facial treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and skin rejuvenation techniques.
• Strong management skills including appointment scheduling and client communication; familiarity with salon software like Rosy Salon is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients on aesthetic treatments and product recommendations.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes effectively.
• Skilled in retail sales techniques with a focus on upselling skincare products and treatment packages.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and ensure guest satisfaction.
