Freebird Barbershop is an upscale barbershop in Pacific Beach known for clean work, strong consultations, and long-term clients. We’re expanding into a new retail space in July, and looking to add a detail-oriented barber with strong scissor skills.

This is a shop for barbers who care about shape, balance, and repeatability — not rushing bodies through a chair.

Appointment-heavy environment

Consistent book (8–10 clients/day)

Longer appointments, proper consultations

65% commission to you

Haircuts priced at $45–$55

+$5 per product sold

Realistic earnings: $70K+
