Salon Manager / Licensed Cosmetologist Part-Time $21-$41 an hour

PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!


Position: Salon Manager (Part-Time)


Job Type: Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours. 4 days a week Must include Saturday.



MUST be able to perform Gel manicures and Gel pedicures!!!

Compensation:



52% commission rate
Opportunity for annual review of commission rate
Opportunity for Bonus plan

Schedule Expectations:



Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.

Position Requirements:



MUST HAVE: Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
Reliable transportation
Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, and perform services.
Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
Basic email and computer navigation skills required.
Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
