Salon Manager / Lead Stylist – Growth OpportunityFS Cut & Color is looking for a strong salon leader who loves doing hair, building a team, serving guests, and helping a salon grow.

This is a great opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist who wants more than just a chair. We are looking for someone who can lead by example behind the chair while also helping create a positive, professional, guest-focused salon culture.

About the RoleOur Salon Manager / Lead Stylist helps drive the success of the salon by delivering excellent guest service, coaching the team, supporting daily operations, and helping the salon reach its goals.

This is a working manager role. You will spend a large portion of your time serving guests behind the chair while also helping lead the team, maintain standards, and support the business.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, upbeat, solution-oriented, and ready to help build something strong.
