Salon Coordinator – Luxury Hair Salon in Denver

Envogue Salon is your premier high-end salon in downtown Denver! We are looking to hire a salon receptionist/ salon coordinator.


You are the first to greet clients and make them feel welcome-- and the last to make sure all admin duties are completed accurately by the end of the day. This Rockstar can manage front-end and back-end responsibilities simultaneously with ease and accuracy, while remaining calm and composed through busy times while handling customers and staff.


We are looking for a full time team member who has availability Tue- Sat, and is scheduled around 32-40 hrs per week. We provide and pay for an indoor secured parking space!

Requirements:



Receptionist experience at a minimum of intermediate level
Background in customer service (hair salon reception experience is ideal!)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as using office equipment
Experience with BLVD/Salon Software *strongly preferred*
Experience and understanding of basic hair salon services/timing
