• Ability to achieve sales goals in an open-sell environment with targeted SPH thresholds per retailer
• Maintain the Brand artistry, passion, customer service, and productivity commensurate with the role
• Participation in driving day-to-day sales targets as well as in artistry-driven events
• Flexibility in schedule, evenings and weekends, is a non-negotiable
