Duties



Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body waxing with precision and care
Deliver advanced skincare procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and deep tissue massages to meet individual client needs
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail product selections to enhance their wellness journey
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service
Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a relaxing experience
Assist with makeup application and nail care services to deliver comprehensive beauty solutions
Promote retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client skin types and preferences

Skills



Proven expertise in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing techniques
Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products while fostering a welcoming environment
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and ensure client safety at all times
Experience with retail sales strategies to drive product demos and increase client engagement
Ability to perform eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage with professionalism
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that builds lasting client relationships
Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced spa environment while maintaining attention to detail
