We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, and professional PA-licensed Cosmetologists who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. What You'll Do (But Not Limited To):
Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive salon experienceConduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerationsProvide a variety of cosmetology services while maintaining high standards of quality and careBuild lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and exceptional serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with state regulationsUphold a polished appearance and represents the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalismEducate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance resultsAssist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as neededProvide and maintain your own professional tools and suppliesStay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craft
What We're Looking For:
Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required)Flexible availability (weeknights not required), typical work day is 9am to 3pmStrong customer service and communication skillsCompassion, patience, and professionalism-especially when working with senior clientsAbility to work independently while being a positive team playerReliable, organized, and detail-oriented
