Responsibilities



Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tones
Educate clients on nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails and long-lasting results
Upsell additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry techniques to deliver innovative looks
Manage retail sales of nail products, tools, and related beauty items using retail math skills to meet sales goals

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care required
Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and sterilization procedures
Experience with various nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art
Familiarity with color theory to create harmonious designs tailored to each client
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide outstanding customer service
Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Additional skills such as hair extensions, hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, or barbering are a plus but not required
