Licensed Nail Technician

The Nail Box is expanding! We are excited to open our second location in Marlton, NJ (Late 2026 / Early 2027) and are looking for talented, passionate, and friendly Licensed Nail Technicians to join our growing team.

If you love creating beautiful nails, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a positive, modern salon environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities
• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Provide Gel Manicures, Liquid Gel, Gel-X, Acrylic, Dip Powder, and nail enhancements.
• Create beautiful nail art with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation following New Jersey State Board regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Recommend services and retail products based on each client’s needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create an exceptional salon experience.
• Stay current with new nail techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications
• Valid New Jersey Nail Technician or Cosmetology License.
• Experience with gel, acrylic, builder gel, or Gel-X preferred.
• Strong nail shaping, cuticle care, and polishing skills.
• Friendly, reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Passion for delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
• Weekend availability is preferred.

Compensation

Commission + Tips

Estimated earnings: $25–$60 per hour, depending on experience, productivity, and tips.

Top-performing technicians have the opportunity to earn $1,000–$3,500+ per week.
