Nail Technician (Russian Manicure & Pedicure)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Nail Technician specializing in Russian manicures and pedicures to join our growing medical aesthetics practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about precision nail care, exceptional customer service, and delivering a luxury client experience.

Responsibilities
• Perform Russian dry manicures with e-file techniques.
• Perform Russian pedicures.
• Provide gel manicures, gel polish, and structured gel applications.
• Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, and detailed nail preparation.
• Educate clients on nail health and aftercare.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control.
• Properly disinfect and sterilize all tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate client records when required.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications
• Active New York State Nail Specialty License.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience performing Russian manicures and pedicures.
• Advanced e-file (electric file) skills.
• Experience with structured gel and builder gel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Existing clientele or the ability to bring an established client base is highly preferred.
