Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativityMaintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards to ensure client safety and comfortConsult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable nail treatments, and provide expert advice on nail care and maintenanceStay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative options to clientsUpsell additional services like hand or foot massages, skincare treatments, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase salesManage retail sales of nail care products, cosmetics, and accessories while demonstrating excellent customer service skillsFollow all salon protocols for sanitation, sterilization of tools, and proper disposal of waste to uphold hygiene standardsSkills

Strong knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing nail designsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clientsProficiency in sanitation practices to maintain a safe and hygienic environmentFormal training in cosmetology or esthetician certification with specialization in nail careExperience with advanced techniques such as gel application, acrylics, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plusAbility to upsell retail products effectively through persuasive communication and product knowledgeRetail math skills for managing transactions accurately and efficientlyKnowledge of barbering techniques is advantageous for offering a broader range of beauty servicesStrong communication skills to educate clients about proper nail care routines and aftercare instructionsJoin us if you're eager to bring your creativity to life while delivering exceptional service!
