Nail Technician (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Duties

Perform manicures, pedicures, gel, hard gel, and acrylic services with attention to detailProvide consistent, high-quality service to all clientsMaintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with salon standardsCommunicate professionally with clients to understand their preferencesWork collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operationsMaintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy timesRecommend services or products when appropriateRequirements

Experience as a nail technician or cosmetologist (portfolio or photos of work is a plus)Bilingual (English/Spanish required)Reliable and punctualStrong attention to detail and quality of workPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentOpen to working a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shiftsStrong customer service skills and ability to build client relationshipsKnowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and current trendsTakes pride in their work and contributes positively to the overall salon environmentCompensation

$17/hour OR 40% commission (whichever is higher), plus tips

We’re a close-knit team that values respect, consistency, and a positive work environment where both clients and staff feel comfortable and supported. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for reliable, team-oriented nail technicians who are interested in building long-term with us.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
