Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
• Engage clients through excellent communication skills, providing personalized service and building lasting relationships
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry techniques to deliver innovative services
Experience
• Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty industry role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
• Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment that emphasizes guest services and hospitality skills
• Strong sanitation practices aligned with health regulations for nail care and overall salon safety
• Excellent communication skills combined with sales acumen for retail demos and upselling products effectively
