Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and care
• Apply color theory principles to create customized nail designs that match client preferences and trends
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and recommend retail products for ongoing maintenance
• Stay updated on the latest industry techniques including dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance service offerings
• Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue

Qualifications
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
• Knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their desired look
• Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting
• Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technology as required by local regulations

Pay: $800.00 - $1,700.00 per week
