Sole Solution AZ is looking for a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Nail Technician / Medical Pedicure Specialist to join our growing podiatry-focused wellness team. This role is ideal for a nail technician who is passionate about foot health, cleanliness, client care, and providing a higher standard of service in a healthcare-oriented environment.

Responsibilities



Perform medical-grade pedicures and nail care services in a clean, professional environment
Assist with routine foot care including nail trimming, callus reduction, and overall foot wellness support
Maintain strict sanitation and infection-control standards in accordance with Arizona regulations and podiatry best practices
Educate patients on preventative foot care and wellness recommendations
Provide a calming, compassionate, and professional patient experience
Maintain accurate service notes and communicate effectively with the clinical team when needed
Support the overall mission of promoting healthy feet and long-term wellness

Qualifications



Active Arizona Nail Technician or Cosmetology License required
Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene protocols
Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
Comfortable working in a healthcare or podiatry-focused setting
Experience with medical pedicures, diabetic foot awareness, or senior care is a plus
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
