Responsibilities
• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Ensure all tools and workstations are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected following industry standards to guarantee client safety
• Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current nail trends, color theory, and new techniques to deliver innovative services
• Upsell retail products such as nail care items, polishes, and skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
• Assist clients with additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or hair styling when applicable
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships through excellent customer service

Experience
• Prior experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Manicurist is preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, disinfection protocols, and safety standards essential for client protection
• Familiarity with color theory, nail care techniques, and current trends in nail art and design
• Experience with retail sales, upselling strategies, and retail math to support business growth
• Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as esthetic laser treatments or dermabrasion is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Certification in cosmetology or related fields required; additional training in hair extensions, hair threading, or barbering is advantageous

Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
