Calea Beauty is a full-service salon seeking a skilled, licensed Nail Technician/Manicurist to join our growing team in Fresno, CA (93722). This is a W-2 employee position (not chair rental). We provide all professional products, tools, and suppliesso you can focus on delivering beautiful results and an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality manicures and pedicuresProvide gel services and essential nail care treatments in line with salon standardsMaintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations per California State Board regulationsConduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate servicesDeliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationshipsStay current on nail trends, techniques, and industry best practicesCollaborate with the Calea Beauty team to maintain a positive, welcoming salon cultureQualifications

Active California Cosmetology License (required)Minimum 3 years of professional nail technician/manicurist experienceStrong knowledge of nail care, hygiene, and sanitation standardsProfessional, reliable, and punctualExcellent communication and customer service skillsFlexible availability, including weekendsPreferred Skills (Plus, Not Required)

Builder gel experienceOverlay techniquesHard gel applicationsRussian manicure techniquesAdvanced shaping, cuticle work, and strong attention to detailCompensation & Benefits
