Nail Technician

You will be responsible for providing a range of nail services while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and customer service. Your expertise in color theory, nail design, and various beauty treatments will contribute to an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

Perform manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.Provide additional services such as nail art, acrylics, gel nails, and nail enhancements.Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized according to health regulations.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services.Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, beauty treatments, and products.Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate products for home care.Requirements

Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology.Strong knowledge of color theory and its application in nail design.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.Familiarity with sanitation practices in a salon environment.Experience in additional beauty services such as hair extensions, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or hair styling is a plus.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Ability to perform physical tasks related to the job, including standing for long periods and performing detailed work on nails.
