Who We Are Looking For


We are seeking a talented and motivated Nail Technician who is passionate about their craft and excited to grow within an inclusive, creative, and professional salon environment.

Requirements



Licensed in Colorado: Must hold a valid Colorado Nail Technician or Cosmetology License.
Client-Focused Service: Must be comfortable working with clients of all ages, genders, backgrounds, and identities.
Technical Skills: Proficient in manicures and pedicures, including proper nail care, shaping, cuticle work, and polish application.
Product Knowledge: Understanding of professional nail products, sanitation protocols, and industry best practices.
Nail Enhancements (Preferred): Experience with gel polish, builder gel, nail art, and other enhancement services is a plus.
Commitment to Sanitation: Maintain exceptional cleanliness and adherence to Colorado State Board sanitation standards.
Positive Attitude: Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.
Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to learn, contribute, and work as an integral member of the Kantor & Company team.

Compensation



Earnings:

o Either your agreed hourly wage or 45% commission on service totals, whichever is higher, plus tips.


o Top performers can earn up to 50% commission on services, in addition to tips.
