The Role

Duties
Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions with precision and care
Apply color theory principles to create eye-catching nail designs and custom artwork tailored to client preferences
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations
Offer expert advice on nail care routines, products, and maintenance to promote healthy nails and customer satisfaction
Assist clients with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories to meet their needs and boost revenue
Stay informed about the latest trends in nail art, hair extensions, hair styling, and other beauty treatments to provide innovative options
Experience
Experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar cosmetology role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work (Accepting applicants currently enrolled in cosmetology school)
Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends
Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and understand their desired outcomes
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
