Responsibilities
• Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail enhancements with precision and artistry.
• Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that complement clients’ styles and preferences.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Offer expert advice on nail care routines, products, and maintenance tips to enhance client satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client experience and salon revenue.
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services.
• Assist with retail sales of nail care products and other beauty items to support business growth.

Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license or certification with training in nail care; additional skills in hair styling or barbering are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, and sanitation protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs.
• Experience with advanced treatments such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform multiple services including hair extensions, hair threading, or body waxing if needed.
• Demonstrated retail sales skills and proficiency in retail math for upselling opportunities.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
