Responsibilities



Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products based on color theory and current trends
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations
Stay updated on the latest nail techniques, trends, and products to offer innovative services that excite clients
Upsell retail products like nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized workspace that promotes safety and efficiency throughout the day
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills, ensuring repeat visits and positive reviews

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care required
Demonstrated knowledge of color theory for creating appealing nail designs and art
Experience with various nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art
Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Familiarity with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus for cross-service opportunities
Ability to upsell retail products effectively using retail math skills to meet sales goals
Passion for the beauty industry with a keen eye for detail and creativity
