Duties



Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art using the latest techniques.
Apply knowledge of color theory to create stunning nail designs tailored to each client’s preferences.
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Offer additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments when qualified.
Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
Keep detailed records of treatments performed and communicate effectively with clients about aftercare instructions.

Experience



Proven experience in professional nail care with a strong portfolio of manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation protocols is essential.
Experience with advanced beauty treatments like eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
Familiarity with retail sales techniques including retail math and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients and team members.
Background in cosmetology or related fields such as barbering or esthetician training is highly desirable.
