Responsibilities



Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.
Perform advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, and hair styling to enhance client appearance.
Offer additional services like hair extensions, barbering, and up-selling retail products to meet client needs and boost sales.
Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for tools and workstations.
Educate clients on nail care, skincare routines, color theory for nail art, and product recommendations to promote ongoing beauty maintenance.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service to foster loyalty.
Stay current with industry trends and new techniques by participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements



Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care preferred; additional certifications in eyelash extensions, laser treatments, or hair styling are a plus.
Proven experience in providing high-quality nail services and beauty treatments in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of color theory, sanitation standards, and current beauty trends to deliver innovative services.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
Ability to perform multiple treatments such as body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, and hair extensions confidently.
Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling products like skincare items or nail polishes to enhance client satisfaction.
