Responsibilities



Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and care
Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Offer personalized consultations to recommend nail care treatments and products that suit individual needs
Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and tools to enhance client satisfaction and store sales

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail technology or related field
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including gel application and natural nail.
Familiarity with color theory to design appealing and harmonious nail looks
Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and understand their beauty goals
Commitment to sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean workspace at all times
