We're looking for experienced, licensed nail professionals who share our passion for quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction.

**Advanced Nail Artists are our highest priority**, particularly professionals specializing in custom nail art, precision acrylics, Gel-X, builder gel, chrome, cat-eye, French, ombré, and intricate 3D designs. Experienced technicians specializing in manicures, pedicures, and other core services are also encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

- **60% starting revenue share**, automatically increasing by 1 percentage point on each anniversary, up to 65%.

- No fixed booth-rental fee.
- No guaranteed minimum earnings or appointment volume.

**Illustrative Service Production at 60% Commission**

Our top-performing nail artists have generated approximately $600–$1,000 per day in service sales, representing $360–$600 in revenue share before tips.

Experienced professionals performing core nail services have generated approximately $350–$600 per day in service sales, representing $210–$360 in revenue share before tips.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Active Illinois Nail Technician or Cosmetology license.
- Proven professional nail-service experience.
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and consistent workmanship.
- A portfolio of actual nail work, especially for advanced nail artists.
- Ability to communicate with clients in English regarding services, pricing, and satisfaction.
- Commitment to sanitation, professionalism, customer care, and mutual respect.
- Bilingual Spanish communication is a plus.

OUR PROFESSIONAL PARTNERSHIP

This opportunity is structured as a **1099 independent-contractor revenue-sharing arrangement**, not a traditional W-2 position.

Professionals independently select their availability and service offerings while utilizing Oh La La's salon infrastructure, customer acquisition, booking, and payment-processing platform.

A voluntary workstation cleaning arrangement is available for $5 per day of use.

Qualified applicants will receive our complete **Profit Sharing Nail Tech Professional Agreement** for review. Applicants may voluntarily sign if they agree to its terms. All agreements are subject to Oh La La Nail Spa's final acceptance.
