Diesel Barbershop is looking for a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist who is passionate about great haircuts, great service, and being part of a strong team.

If you’re confident with fades, men’s haircuts, beard trims, and consultations, and you’re looking for a busy shop with established clientele, this could be the opportunity for you.

Schedule

● Full-time (35–39 hours per week)

● Consistent scheduling

● Nights and weekends required

What You’ll Do

● Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and grooming services

● Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend the right services

● Create an exceptional experience that keeps clients coming back

● Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

● Recommend retail products that support client needs

● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation

● Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

● Active Barber or Cosmetology License in TX

● Strong men’s haircutting and fading skills

● Professional appearance and communication

● Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
