Medical Massage Therapist - Integrated Wellness Clinic

As a Medical Massage Therapist working within a healthcare team, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to enhance client well-being, support injury recovery, and promote overall wellness. Reporting to the Healthcare Director, you will work fixed shifts with flexible scheduling options, contributing to a collaborative and patient-focused environment. This role offers bonus incentives and support for certification renewals to encourage your ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities
• Assess client needs and physical conditions to tailor massage treatments
• Perform various massage therapy techniques to address personal injuries and promote health
• Create and implement treatment plans based on client assessment
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance in all therapy areas
• Keep detailed client records and document treatment progress
• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare team members
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge related to massage therapy
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Stay current with continuing education and industry best practices

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in massage therapy
• Certification from an accredited massage therapy program
• Valid state massage therapy license

Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in Swedish, Myofascial release, and Deep Tissue Massage techniques
• Strong client assessment and anatomy knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Effective time management and sanitation practices
• Experience with Sports Massage, Pre Natal massage, Cupping/IASTM, and Trigger Point Therapy, etc.
