Role Description The Medical Massage Therapist is a flexible, on-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO. This role involves providing medically focused massage treatments to support chiropractic care, reduce pain, and improve mobility for patients with acute and chronic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing patient assessments, delivering targeted therapeutic massage and stretching sessions, documenting treatments, and collaborating with chiropractors and other providers to align care plans. The therapist will educate patients on self-care techniques, maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, and adhere to all clinical protocols and state regulations. This role also includes maintaining appointment schedules, participating in team meetings, and contributing to a positive, respectful clinic culture.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in Medical Massage and Therapeutic Massage for clinical and rehabilitative settings.
• Ability to perform targeted Pain Management techniques, including Myofascial Release Therapy.
• Skills in guided Stretching to support joint mobility, muscle recovery, and treatment outcomes.
• Current massage therapy license or certification in the state of Colorado, in good standing.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications related to therapeutic bodywork.
• Strong documentation and charting skills, with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused and trauma-informed approach.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform manual therapy for extended periods while following safe body mechanics.
• Experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical clinic setting preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical practice standards.
