ZenVita MedSpa is Aurora’s NP-led boutique medical spa founded by Keysha Griffin, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC — a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. We specialize in advanced aesthetic technology and a deeply personal, results-driven approach to skin health, body contouring, and wellness.


Our services include: Facials & Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus8, LaseMD Fractional Laser, Lumecca IPL, Xerf RF, Plasma IQ, Onda Pro, Celluma LED, Microneedling, PRP, Body Contouring, Injectables, and Medical Weight Management.


What You’ll Do



Perform skin and body treatments including microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, Aquafirm facials, Diolaze laser hair removal, Xerf RF, and Onda Pro body contouring
Conduct thorough skin consultations using digital skin imaging and develop personalized treatment plans
Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend retail products (Derma Made, Neocutis, Colorescience)
Drive revenue through relationship-based consultations, upselling, and supporting membership and package sales
Operate your assigned devices with excellence — full hands-on training will be provided
Support front desk operations including scheduling, client check-in, and follow-ups as needed, along with business-supporting tasks: cleaning, organizing, and laundry maintenance
Contribute ideas and energy to help grow a boutique practice you’ll be proud of

Requirements & Skills


Active Colorado Esthetician license in good standing. Master Esthetician license a plus.


Professional Liability Insurance ✔ Required


Must carry current, individual professional liability (malpractice) insurance and maintain active coverage throughout employment. Proof of coverage required before performing client treatments.


Dermaplaning Certification ✔ Required


Current dermaplaning certification required.


Laser Certification ✔ Required


Active laser certification for Diolaze Duo Light and Duo Dark hair removal.


Device Training Provided


Full hands-on training on Xerf RF, Onda Pro, Aquafirm, and microneedling.


Location


Because this role is in-person and part-time with a growing schedule, we’re looking for someone near the Southlands Mall area for an easy, reliable commute. Local candidates strongly preferred.


Growth Mindset


Eager to help build and grow a boutique practice. Flexible, self-motivated, and willing to take on responsibilities beyond treatments as the business expands.


Client Experience


Warm, professional demeanor with ability to consult, recommend treatment plans, and support client retention. Sales experience in a clinical or spa environment a plus.


Front Desk & Operations


Comfortable assisting with scheduling, client intake, POS, and day-to-day clinic flow as needed.


Note on Hours & Location: This position begins part-time with the expectation that hours will grow as the practice grows. Since the schedule will evolve over time, we’re looking for someone local to the Southlands area who can commute easily and is excited to scale alongside ZenVita in the long term.
