Medical Esthetician/ Laser Technician Injector

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aesthetician / Laser Technician Injector to join our primary care and medical spa team. Our practice operates under one umbrella with two clinics: HIWC – Primary Care & Wellness Clinic and HWA – Medical Spa, and this role will support services across both locations.

The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and confident in performing advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser services and injectables, while also assisting with day-to-day operational support, patient experience initiatives, and marketing efforts to help grow the practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform aesthetic and laser treatments in accordance with provider protocols and safety standards
• Operate Candela laser systems for hair removal treatments
• Administer injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (Botox) and dermal fillers
• Conduct client consultations, assess needs, and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Participate in field/community marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients
• Assist with product education and retail sales as needed
• Provide support across both HIWC and HWA clinic locations as needed
• Support daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and an excellent patient experience
• Assist with maintaining treatment room readiness, inventory management, and supply organization
• Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements, scheduling coordination, and patient retention initiatives
• Help ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while helping maintain smooth clinic operations

Qualifications
• Licensed Aesthetician (required)
• Certified or trained Laser Technician
• Proven experience with Candela laser hair removal
• Experience with injectables (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) required
• Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetics setting preferred
• Experience supporting clinic operations, workflow coordination, or patient experience (required) Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
