Medical Aesthetician

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician. The ideal candidate will have an eagerness to learn, but already possess strong people skills and is comfortable in a luxury environment. A background in sales and esthetic treatments and services is required.

This role requires a commitment to providing a top tier, luxury experience, maintaining sanitation standards, and promoting products and services effectively.

Must be willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, brow waxing, chemical peels, lash and brow lamination, eyelash extensions, microneedling, chemical peels, and other esthetic treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in accordance with industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a polished, high- end, professional image.
• Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients on skincare products and services.
• Keep up with cleaning such as doing laundry, sweeping and disinfecting tools.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility. Must represent the spas public image with any posts made from the spa.
• Upsell services and retail products to maximize sales opportunities.

Experience
• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry. Outside sales or customer service experience for new estheticians required.
• Practical experience doing facials and hands-on massage techniques during the facial.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
