Medical Aesthetician

Summary

Rewind Aesthetics is an independently owned boutique Med Spa opening in Sunset Valley this September. We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to help grow our practice while delivering a personalized client experience.

The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, and capable of managing the day-to-day operations of a Med Spa suite with minimal supervision. They will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about aesthetics, values meaningful client relationships, and is eager to contribute to sales growth.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive skin and body consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's goals and clinical needs.

Perform aesthetic treatments within scope of practice, including but not limited to RF Microneedling, Hair Restoration, RF body contouring, Skin Rejuvenation, and other services offered by Rewind Aesthetics.

Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and recommended expert skincare products.

Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely treatment documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards

Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained in a clean, organized, and treatment-ready condition, while following proper sanitation and infection control standards.

Manage daily operations of the treatment suite, including opening and closing responsibilities, inventory monitoring, supply organization, and maintaining an exceptional client environment.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships while promoting retention through treatment plan recommendations, package memberships, and retail skincare.

Represent Rewind Aesthetics with professionalism while maintaining high- end professional image.

Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility. Must represent the spas public image.

Assisting with office operations including answering calls, Lead management, selling services, cleaning, laundry, restocking, etc.

Qualifications
• Active Texas Aesthetician License (required).
• 1+ years of experience in a med spa setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and medical-grade skincare.
• Confident selling, upselling and closing sales.
• Bilingual
• 1+ year in Social Media/ Content Creation preferred.
