Analyst II, Clinical Aesthetician

12-Month Contract

$38/hour + Benefits

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Aesthetician to support innovative clinical research studies for leading skincare and aesthetic products. This is an excellent opportunity to combine hands-on aesthetic treatment experience with clinical research in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
• Perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures on study participants in accordance with clinical research protocols and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Conduct participant assessments and document findings using clinical imaging systems and other research instrumentation.
• Support clinical studies through participant scheduling, source documentation, data entry, quality control, and image management.
• Assist with participant recruitment, adverse event reporting, product inventory, and maintenance of study documentation.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while independently managing participant appointments and study activities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Science preferred).
• Active California Aesthetician License (or equivalent/higher).
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed aesthetician.
• Strong knowledge of skin health, skincare products, and cosmetic aesthetic treatments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Comfortable interacting with study participants and working independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
• Clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Experience with dermatology, medical aesthetics, or cosmetic clinical studies.
• Familiarity with clinical imaging systems and other research technology.
