About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician/Laser Practitioner who is skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury aesthetics. The right candidate will be proficient in advanced skincare treatments and motivated to self-promote their services while contributing to the growth of the clinic.

Requirements
• Active Georgia Esthetician License and Laser Practitioner License
• Experience performing facials, peels, and laser treatments
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
• Ability to self-promote and attract new clients (the spa focuses primarily on injections; estheticians are expected to build their own following)
• A passion for luxury aesthetics and patient care

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Laser Hair Removal and other Hair Removal techniques,
• Proficiency in Tattoo Removal on Pico
• Experience with Microneedling and related advanced skin care treatments
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and general knowledge of medicine related to skincare
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a positive client experience
• Relevant certifications for aesthetic treatments preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in a medical spa or clinical setting is a plus
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and maintaining patient confidentiality
