Medical Aesthetician

We are looking for an exceptional and driven Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in laser treatments (including Sciton and Cutera devices), HydraFacial MD, SkinPen Microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and a proven ability to drive sales success across multiple locations. Please note- YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF LASER EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a broad range of medical aesthetic treatments, with a focus on laser procedures,- (HALO, BBL), HydraFacial MD, chemical peels, facials, and laser hair removal.
• Assess client skincare concerns and develop personalized treatment plans to deliver exceptional, tailored results.
• Leverage your sales expertise to actively promote, upsell, and recommend aesthetic services and high-quality skincare products.
• Manage and organize your schedule efficiently to maximize client bookings across multiple locations and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring products and supplies are adequately stocked and organized across all locations.
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and advancements to offer cutting-edge aesthetic solutions.

Qualifications:
• Licensed Medical Aesthetician with extensive experience in laser treatments, HydraFacial MD, facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and medical-grade skincare.
• Proven sales experience and success in driving revenue in a medical aesthetic environment, across multiple locations.
• Strong inventory management skills, ensuring efficient tracking and stocking of products and supplies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, supportive attitude toward the workplace.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
