Job Title: Aesthetician

Type: Part-time, onsite, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

Responsibilities

Perform facials such as Hydrafacials, dermaplane, custom facials, and chemical peels

Recommend and educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care

Maintain accurate client records

Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment

Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Manage patient appointments and inquiries and provide knowledgeable service information

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out process

Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean, welcoming, and stocked with necessary materials

Misc office responsibilities

Achieve the monthly sales goals

General expectations:

Provide a seamless, high-end experience from first impression to final treatment

Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth, efficient operation

Uphold all safety, hygiene, and professional standards

Qualifications

Experience performing facials and using the Hydrafacial machine: 1 year (Preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good computer skills

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Valid aesthetician license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain) (Required)

Dermaplane certification (Required)

Strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Pay will depend on experience
