Master Barber

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Master Barber to lead our team of talented barbers in delivering exceptional hair and grooming services. As a Master barber, you will serve as a role model, mentor, and expert in a wide range of hair care techniques, ensuring that every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. Your leadership will foster a positive environment, uphold the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism, and drive the success of our store through outstanding customer service and retail sales. Duties
• Perform advanced hair styling, coloring.
• Lead by example in maintaining impeccable sanitation standards and adhering to all safety protocols.
• Provide expert consultations on color theory, hair care routines, and style recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Drive retail sales through effective upselling of hair products.
• Support store management by assisting with inventory control, retail math calculations, and achieving sales goals.
• Foster excellent communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded throughout their visit.

Experience
• Proven expertise as a licensed cosmetologist or barber with extensive experience in hair styling, coloring, barbering (including straight razor shaves).
• Experience mentoring or training junior staff members in technical skills.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse clientele.

Pay: $20.00 - $34.43 per hour
