The Cavern Men’s Barber Lounge is looking for talented, dependable barbers and cosmetologists who want steady income, strong client demand and room to grow within an established local brand.

You don’t need to bring a full clientele. We provide the environment, marketing, booking support and opportunities—you bring your skill, professionalism and desire to grow.

The Cavern Men’s Barber Lounge is a locally owned, growing company with three Colorado locations. We specialize in traditional barbering, elevated men’s grooming and an exceptional client experience.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• A Colorado-licensed barber or cosmetologist
• Experience with men’s haircuts and grooming preferred
• Professional, dependable and client-focused
• Willing to learn and receive feedback
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Committed to providing consistent, high-quality services
• Interested in building a lasting career—not just finding another shop
