Master Barber

Barbershop @ 241 Peachtree is looking for a talented, motivated and professional barber who wants to build a strong clientele while growing with a newer Downtown Atlanta barbershop.

IMPORTANT: This position is best for a barber with an entrepreneurial mindset. Because we are a growing shop, you cannot depend solely on walk-in traffic. We are looking for someone willing to consistently market themselves, promote their work and actively build their own clientele.

• Strong fades, tapers, lineups, beard work and haircut skills
• Professional and dependable
• Excellent customer service
• Comfortable working with appointments AND walk-ins
• Motivated to actively build and maintain your own clientele
• Willing to consistently promote your services
• Comfortable posting your haircuts and transformations on social media
• Camera-friendly and comfortable appearing in promotional content
• Comfortable creating before-and-after haircut videos, photos and short-form content
• Willing to tag/collaborate with the shop on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Comfortable encouraging satisfied customers to rebook and refer others
• Willing to participate in shop promotions and marketing campaigns
• Positive, energetic and growth-minded

Marketing Is Part of the Opportunity

We are looking for barbers who understand that being talented behind the chair is only part of building a successful barber business.

You should be willing to consistently market yourself and your services.

This can include:
• Posting finished haircuts
• Before-and-after transformations
• Reels and short-form videos
• Promoting available appointments
• Sharing shop promotions
• Networking locally
• Encouraging referrals
• Building repeat clientele
• Participating in shop-generated content

The shop will also market and promote the business, but barbers are expected to actively promote themselves as well.

This is NOT a position for someone who wants to simply come in, sit in a chair and wait for walk-ins.
