Massage Therapist – Therapeutic Clinic | Steady Clients | Performance-Based Pay

Precision Bodywork is hiring an experienced, confident massage therapist who is ready to step into a busy, therapeutic-focused environment.

We are not a spa. We are a results-driven clinic with an established client base. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their schedule, building relationships, and consistently rebooking clients.

This is a great fit if you:
• Are confident in your skills and communication
• Can recommend treatment plans and rebook clients naturally
• Prefer a structured environment with steady demand
• Want something that feels similar to running your own practice—without the overhead

This is NOT a good fit if you:
• Are brand new or unsure of your work
• Struggle with client communication or rebooking
• Prefer a passive, “just show up and massage” role

What You’ll Do:
• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage (deep tissue, injury-focused, etc.)
• Guide clients toward appropriate frequency of care
• Handle client checkout and rebooking
• Maintain professionalism and contribute to a strong team culture

Schedule:
• Part-time to start
• Must be available for at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Compensation:
• Starting at minimum wage + massage booking bonus
• After 90-day probation: $20/hour + booking bonus
• Continued employment is based on performance, reliability, and client retention

Requirements:
• CAMTC certified
• Previous hands-on experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
