I'm Agam, owner of Menscape Nashville, a men's spa on Music Row. We give clients consistent, high-quality bodywork and treat our licensed massage therapists as the professionals they are. In under five years we have earned more than 200 five-star reviews by focusing on real relationships, trust, and steady repeat clients.

Massage is skilled, physical work, and it should not feel like an assembly line. We built Menscape to be a place therapists stay. You work directly with me and a small team, your schedule is respected, and you have a real voice in how we grow.

The schedule
• Weekdays only. Monday through Friday. No weekends and no late nights.
• Flexible days. This role can be 2 to 5 days a week. We can shape it as part-time or full-time around your life.
• Capped hands-on hours so you can do this work for years without wearing down.
• Real spacing between sessions to rest, rehydrate, and reset your room without rushing.
• Consistent, respectful clients who value your expertise and rebook.

The work
• Customized 60 and 90-minute deep tissue, sports, and relaxation sessions.
• Recovery tools such as percussion, hot stones, and cupping are built into how we work. They protect your body while delivering better results for the client.
• Consulting with clients on recovery, helping them understand their bodies, and building the trust that keeps them rebooking with you.
• Taking ownership of your own treatment room and keeping it clean and ready.
• Sharing ideas with a close-knit team to keep the day running smoothly.

About the clients

Our clients are men, and the environment is professional, private, and respectful. Clients are screened, expectations are clear, and we hold a calm, consistent standard in every room. Many of our therapists tell us it is the most comfortable place they have worked.

What we look for
• Active Tennessee Massage Therapy License.
• Solid deep tissue skills and the confidence to adjust your pressure and pace along with experience in using hot stones, cupping and other modalities
• Comfortable working with a male clientele.
• Punctual and professional, because respecting each other's time is a core value here.
• A plus if you have experience or interest in cupping and recovery-based tools.

Pay and benefits

We price our services at the high end so we can pay a strong, dependable wage.
• Guaranteed base of $25 per hour as a W2 employee, or service commission, whichever is higher for the pay period. On a full book, most of your pay comes from commission, so the base is a floor rather than a ceiling.
• Commission on enhancements such as CBD oil, percussion, hot stones, and cupping. These are offered to clients who want them, with no upsell quotas and no pressure.
• Every tool, linen, and premium product supplied.
• Free on-site parking for you and for clients, right here in Nashville, 37203.
