POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Manual Therapist to join our team in Tustin, California.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional client care and customer experience.

You will work in a professional clinical environment with your own treatment room, tools, equipment, and systems already provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Clinical Therapist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Performing hands-on MyoTherapy treatments in a professional clinical setting

- Executing treatment plans according to OC MyoTherapy system standards

- Delivering exceptional customer service and patient experience

- Educating clients on posture, movement, recovery, and self-care strategies

- Documenting SOAP notes and treatment findings

- Following up with clients post-treatment via SMS, phone, or email

- Maintaining treatment room cleanliness and professionalism

- Supporting continuation of care and long-term treatment outcomes

- Remaining coachable and actively participating in clinical development

- IASTM / cupping therapy

- Percussion therapy

- Vibrational therapy

Training opportunities are available for the right candidate.

COMPENSATION & CAREER GROWTH

Compensation:

- $20-$45/hour base pay

- KPI-based bonus opportunities

- Performance-based advancement system

- Potential to earn $50+/hour through performance incentives and development

Career Development Pathway:

- Level 1 Therapist (A/B/C)

- Level 2 Therapist (A/B/C)

- Level 3 Therapist (A/B/C)

LOCATION

This is an in-person position. You will work directly inside our Tustin clinical office. This is not a remote role.
